Moran, Patrick Joseph (1925-)

Born in Calgary on July 22, 1925, Patrick Moran left an indelible mark on Regina's Wascana Centre, a 930-ha parkland development. A graduate of the University of Alberta, Moran was hired as horticultural director of Wascana Centre in 1962 and promoted to executive director four years later.
